1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address and password when you create an account. When you upload GPX or FIT files, we process ride data (GPS coordinates, speed, elevation, power, heart rate) solely to generate your video.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the RideFlick service, generate animated videos from your ride files, send transactional emails (password reset, billing), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
3. Data storage
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU). Uploaded ride files are processed and may be temporarily stored to generate your video. Generated videos are stored until you delete them.
4. Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Strava's API (with your authorization) to import ride data. These services have their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.
