1. Acceptance
By using RideFlick you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
RideFlick converts cycling GPS/FIT/GPX data into animated short-form videos for social media. The service is provided "as is". Features and pricing may change with reasonable notice.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of your ride data and generated videos. By uploading data you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your videos. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any GPS data you upload (e.g. from group rides).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use RideFlick to generate misleading or fraudulent ride data, reverse-engineer the service, or violate any applicable law or third-party terms (including Strava's API terms).
5. Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no renders have been used. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
6. Limitation of liability
RideFlick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
